Of course, Snoop Dogg the Doberman makes an appearance.
The man who Wiz Khalifa basically once referred to as baby lungs has found a new voice.
Picture this: You’re chiefin’ on 9 Pound Hammer, watching a dog named Trouble in Netflix‘s newest trending original, and you hear Big Sean‘s voice. That’s not the indica causing you to bug out, but the Detroit 2 rapper starring in his first animated film, Dog Gone Trouble (originally released as Trouble in 2019.) And our fave dogg, Snoop is up in this one too.
Sean plays Trouble, a privileged little pup who abruptly gets a taste of the real world. Left fending for himself, Trouble navigates furry friendships, blanketless bedtimes, and surviving in a world without his butler, James. Among the human and canine cast is the ever-so-lovable Betty White, Pretty Little Liars‘ Lucy Hale, Yo Momma/That 70’s Show‘s Wilmer Valderrama and Happy Endings‘ star Damon Wayans Jr.
The film is technically for the kids, but adults need to stop frontin’. There are real lessons in here, not-to-mention a barking lil’ ballad from Hale and Snoop called Back to Earth. It’s a calm watch for your next Netflix and Spliff.
Congrats Sean on this major move!
